Wendy is an experienced E-RYT 500 teacher with tens of thousands of hours dedicated to leading certification courses, managing schools, and empowering yoga professionals. Her yoga teacher trainer journey began in 2008 when she registered her first school with Yoga Alliance (YA). Wendy is also the creator and author of the Upleveled Westchester Yoga 200- and 300-Hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training programs.

During the time as a teacher, studio owner, Wendy saw the struggle for many talented and qualified yoga teachers and studios were willing but unable to lead Yoga Teacher Training programs. Despite their exceptional skills and passion, the barriers of time, administrative hurdles, and curriculum writing blocks kept them from stepping into this role.  

Wendy designed a program to support yoga studios and teachers to offer their Yoga Teacher Training Programs. The Accelerated A+ Yoga Path towards their own RYT200 or 300 with a curriculum, trainer’s manual, trainee’s workbook, class plan and welcome package included. A+ Yoga takes care of the registration with Yoga Alliance and provides you with all the content needed, will cover 50 teaching hours and even coach you for the remaining hours. Moreover, we give continued support to you and your students with the licensing fee.
